Terms and discounts: All individual orders must be prepaid, or charged to Visa or MasterCard. 20% discount is given for orders of two or more books. Add 15% (after discount, if any) for shipping and handling. Classroom examination copies may be obtained at a 50% discount. If the title is then adopted for the class, this will be refunded upon request. Trade orders are to be placed through Consortium Book Sales.
